implements IGatewayOutputProcessor

Generates a Verity 5.0 TaxDef file from a set of IResultSets. Uses an IXMLTreeBuilder to create a TreeRoot object and then creates the tax def file using a com.raritantechnologies.verity.parameteric.PIBuild.TaxDefGenerator.
